The law of contractual obligations is at the heart of the companies’s lifes, which are often observed as laboratories of contract law.

New legal figures and sophisticated contractual clauses arising from a creative practice invite us to renew our approach to contract law.

It is this alertness that has led the Research Group, which for many years has been associating the Instituut voor Verbintenissenrecht of the KU Leuven and the Center for Private Law of the UCL with a collaborative project With the Private Law Center of the Université Saint-Louis – Bruxelles (USL-B).
