Conference about fees in 2016

on Thursday, March 17, 2016, will be held a study devoted to the fees in the room of the official audiences of the Court of Appeal (Courthouse).
Find Me Wéry who will intervene at the time of this colloque.
Four topics will be approached at the time of this conference:
– the cost of (S)/a Break-even point law firm
– multidisciplinary approach of the fees
– legal bases of the fees: Code of Economic right/Article 446 B of the legal Code and Code of conduct/Article 1341 of the Civil code
– the calculation of the fees
Me Wéry will talk about the reflections related to the economic aspect of avocature.
