Virginie de France holds a double bachelor's degree in law and political science from the Université Saint-Louis, as well as a master's degree in European law from the UCLouvain. To complete her academic career, Virginie pursued an LL.M in European law of new technologies at the University of Utrecht, where she conducted a research paper on the emergence of virtual currencies in the EU, the exploitation of these new decentralized systems and the legislative challenges they entail. Following her studies, Virginie pursued an internship at the European Agency for Fundamental Rights in the Data and Digitization Unit. Virginie is fluent in French, as her mother tongue. She is also fluent in English and Dutch as they were both part of her education.
