At the occasion of WATEC Israel 2011 conference that took place in Tel Aviv Fairgrounds Center, the France-Israel Commerce Chamber of Rhone-Alpes, hosted a conference dedicated to French lawyers.

Deborah Modiano, Head of Ulys Israeli branch, served as the organizer of the conference and as a keynote speaker presenting the Israeli judicial system to the French lawyers' delegation. Karen Gordon, Head of the High Tech Department of the French Embassy, presented the High-Tech industry in Israel and Fabrice Bensimon, COO of Assya Financial company, presented Assya's experience in Israel and the financial regulations.
