Go4Europe is addressing the current issues of raising funds and establishing strategic alliances in Europe. On October 31, 2011, more than 1000 participants, 400 coming especially from Europe, attended the conference. Among them, key decision makers and Parliamentarians such as Mr. Dan Meridor, Israeli Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Intelligence, Mr. Antonio Tajani, Vice President of the European Commission, Mrs. Nathalie Kosciusko-Morizet, current French Minister for Ecology, Sustainable Development, Transport and Housing, and  Mr. Eli Hurvitz, founder of TEVA, were speaking at the conference.

Thibault Verbiest, founding partner of Ulys Law Firm, served as a keynote speaker during a the "Technology Transfer" panel moderated by Daniel Rouach, Professor at ESCP EAP and Scientific Co-Director of the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Master. Thibault Verbiest discussed about best practices in technology transfer, such as most appropriate ways to protect IP assets while transferring them from Israel to Europe.
